The paint was coated on the metal and it was a nice smooth taupe color. It was supposed to come with four chairs but only two arrived in the package. It was wrapped with plastic and the sharp edges had covers over them as pictured - so no scratches. I think this will be nice outdoor furniture but haven’t had it outside in the rain to report as of yet- any rust. So half the stars cause I received half the items listed. Waiting for response from manufacturer which will update review once they respond on the shipping mishap.

Love these chairs. They look great and they stack nicely for storage. Had a problem with one chair not level and Customer Service was amazing they replaced.

These outdoor chairs are made to last for years to come. They were easy to assemble for one person. Absolutely very comfortable and sturdy. And the design is going to complement any decor. The four chairs are worth money.

Nice chairs. Easy to assemble. All parts provided. Unfortunately, 2 of the 8 were damaged. I would have given them 5 stars, but now I have to hassle with a returnexchange. UPDATE- Wayfair is sending me two new chairs for free with no need to return the damaged ones. I appreciate Wayfair for standing behinds their products

Pretty happy with these outdoor chairs! The simple black design looks great with our wood table and gives the patio a clean, classic look. I like that they’re stackable for storage, too. Overall, a nice addition to our outdoor dining space.
