This chair and ottoman were very easy to assemble. The chair is heavy once built. It is comfortable enough but I ordered a pillow for the back because I like to read while sitting in the garden. So far it has been through two storms and looks perfects. The water drains nicely. The color is accurate.

We got this chair and ottoman as a house-warming gift for a friend. His house is hunter green and this chair matches it perfectly. Unfortunately, several pieces arrived scuffed. Even though they appeared to be wrapped well, the scuffs probably came from shifting around in the box during shipping. Assembly was a PAIN because the holes in metal tubes didn't line up well. Also the provided bolts and screws were so soft that the threads and heads were easily stripped with normal pressure used during assembly. Using the allen wrench in tight spaces was cumbersome too. Despite these flaws, the chair looks nice (other than the scuffs) and is sturdy. Our friend really liked his gift and was impressed by how well the chair matched his house.

This is a nice sturdy chair and ottoman. It is weather resistant and will work with any decor. It was easy to put together. The ottoman will also work well as a side table. I would recommend this set to friends and family.
