The quality of the frame and cushion itself is good, and it looks really nice. The chair frame had certainly been knocked around before shipping, and I am waiting on a replacement chair frame. There were a few dents and many scratches in the metal frame, where the grey finish was completely gone, and you could scratch your skin on it. Hoping that the replacement arrives soon and we can start using the chair!
