The instructions with this piece are not useful, incorrect, and cause more confusion. It also does not sit the right way and one half of it is popping up when you sit on the other side. Missing parts, etc...

Terrible assembly instructions. Took me more than 6 hours to assemble. Quality is okay but overpriced for what you are receiving

This has been a horrible product experience. First of all the product/manufacturer pictured above is not the product i received. I received from a vendor called vidaXL.com. The directions they sent are UNINTELLIGIBLE! No text just some very difficult to read pictures. The vendor offers no help line or additional information. After spending hours trying to put together and having to go back and redo various parts, I realized it was missing two key screws. So had to call Wayfair, wait on hold for 25 minutes and then get an entire pack of hardware re-sent to me. My advice - do not order this unless you plan to have someone else put it together.

Assembly is extremely difficult. Parts are not even correct. The whole cushion doesn’t even fit and looks very cheap. Not recommended at all.

I bought this and my boyfriend and I assembled it. Wow what a pain. Took us probably 6 hours. There were no written instructions just pictures that were very confusing. Some of the holes didn’t line up so my BF had to drill new holes. Half of the pieces were mislabeled. We had to take the whole thing apart and redo it. The paper pictures were from looking at it down and then had to flip upright. The directions should have been more clear. A video online would have been helpful. Haven’t gotten the chance to really use it, but will work I believe.
