The two outdoor chairs I received do not match the described or pictured color, appearing more cream-colored. Additionally, one chair rattles and is noisy when shaken due to something inside the aluminum frame, which raises concerns about its overall quality, especially given the price paid. The customer service is subpar, as there are two options when you are calling.When I contacted customer service, he said he cannot help me and I should call another customer service, very poor quality service system. So no customer service on the phone for product's issues. I do not recommend this product.

Awesome chair! Very comfortable and oversized. I was worried about it not having arms but it is not an issue. Have received so many compliments on these chairs. Everyone thinks they are from a high end store.

Very pleased with product. Purchased 4 swivel chairs and this did not disappoint. The faux wood aluminum looks great and no maintenance. Will mention that it sits lower than most chairs. Additional measurements that may be useful: chair height is about 15” to 15 1/2” from the ground diagonal measure of the chair is about 46” If you have limited space on your deck or raised area, make sure to measure in case you also decide to include a 12-14” side table in between chairs.
