Update replacement hardware pieces (a random box with a ton of pieces, most of which had nothing to do with my set and all of which were not the same color as the original hardware) arrived 15 days after the order was originally placed and 9 days after requesting the parts. At that point, we completely unboxed the table (which we didn’t want to do initially in case it needed to be returned). There are several scratches on the metal and some edges are rough. Before the parts arrived, Wayfair did offer some compensation. But, now that the table is put together, I honestly don’t think it was enough. I’m keeping the table because it is unique. But, I hope these blemishes don’t embarrass us as others see the table. I’ve added more pictures to show the damage. I want to love this table and hope that I eventually do. Upon its arrival, we noticed a few hardware pieces had fallen out of the box. We opened it immediately and realized that the whole hardware bag was open and several pieces were missing. I reached out to Wayfair chat support and they told me they would put me in touch with the manufacturer. Several hours later, the manufacturer reached out via chat and said they would send another hardware bag, but I needed to confirm that I wanted it first. I said yes within 2 minutes of receipt of the message. More than half of the next day has gone by and they have sent nothing back and, I have not received any indication that they have sent the parts. I guess my plan to put it together this weekend is out.

These patio chairs are exactly what I expected and I’m very happy with them. Assembly was simple and straightforward, and they feel sturdy once put together. The cushions are comfortable and I really like the gray with the dark wicker. They’re a simple, attractive addition to my patio and a great value for the price!

This is a GREAT sofa and ottoman set. It was fairly simple to put together - took a little longer than I expected because of all the tedious screwing with allen wrenches. Instructions were easy to follow. Sofa is very comfortable and appears to be well made. Would definitely purchase again if needed.

Very beautiful patio sofa set with ottomans. They came in very good condition and assembly was very simple and easy. Instructions were clear. Did not experience any issue assembling it. Cushions and fabric is very good. Overall the product is pretty srurdy

This is a great outdoor couch set with ottomans for our porch. It looks high quality and the cushions are comfortable, though they are a bit on the firm side. Assembly took a bit longer than expected and was tricky with the angles and alignment for some of the wicker pieces. However, for the price and final look, it is worth it
