My items came damaged and dropped off at the top of my mile long driveway none of the screws match the pieces to connect them together they are too short. I reached out for help and they just referred me to basically no one besides putting in a request to the manufacturer and told me to send all the items back for a refund didn’t give me even a replacement for damaged items or some what of a discount. Would not recommend buying this for $2,000 save your money and go somewhere with better customer assistance I am still waiting to even get notified from the manufacturer so thank you wayfair unless this issue is resolved I will never spend another dollar of my hard earned money

This is a really nice set that looks more expensive than the price. The wicker is a brown, gray but more on the brown side. It does require a lot of work to put together after it took 3 days to put together two chairs I bought an attachment for my drill to do the work of the Allen wrench Ok now a warning- DO NOT EVER BUY OPEN BOX. I bought this open box and found out the real hard way that open box also includes products that are missing pieces and then they just resell it and offer no customer service with the missing pieces. I am not sure how this is legal to knowingly sell items that don’t work. They offered that I can return the entire set - which remember I had already spent 3 days putting together those chairs- or they would offer 20 off so I can buy it non open box

Nice set . Table arrived damaged but otherwise decent set for the price. Not high end or anything but a lot of peices which is helpful

This set is awesome - heavy duty frame and cushions and it wasn't a back breaker to assemble. The 'coffee' table it comes with is more like a side table as it is ~6-8 inches higher than I would expect a drink table to be. Other than that - this is worth purchasing! Will likely purchase another set to fill in additional outdoor seating areas.
