I ordered my set in late fall. I didnt open boxes until spring, as it was easier to keep the set boxed. When I put set together, found that the 2 W pieces were missing. I notified Wayfair, but they said they could not send parts due to fact we did not open boxes when we received them. I am VERY disappointed in your customer service!!

The chairs with the arms are comfortable, but the armless chairs not as much. The wicker seems slightly thin.

My husband is 6”2 and you can see how the back of the chair is too short. The other pic is an existing set and there is a height difference. The set is nice but too short. And the instructions..or the lack there of is sketchy. I sent it back after putting together then one chair .

We really like the set! The colors are pretty and the seats are comfortable. My husband said the setup was good .
