I really wanted to love this set because aesthetically, it’s so good. It’s the perfect size for a small patio or apartment balcony, and once it’s put together, it looks way more elevated than the price point. The quality itself is solid for everyday use, and it definitely gives that cozy, styled outdoor moment I’m always going for. BUT… here’s where things got frustrating. My set arrived missing a key piece—the end panel on the side of the chairs. Not something that completely stops you from using it, but definitely noticeable and affects the finished look. I reached out to customer service, and while they were responsive, the process took longer than expected. They ended up sending a whole new set… and somehow, that one was missing the exact same pieces. At that point, I just made it work because I didn’t want to keep going back and forth. This 2 person outdoor wicker sofa is so nice! The pictures are of the cushions before they have had a chance to fully expand. You can use this as two separate individual chairs or as a sofa. We are in the process of building a deck so I wasn’t able to take pictures of the chairs where I intend to use them. The assembly was easy and took maybe 30 minutes to fully put together. They are made well and will look great on our deck!
