The backrest was manufactured more for aesthetics than comfort and basically results in a negative gap where lumbar support should be because the top rail sits at your shoulder blades. A lumbar pillow is necessary to make up for that gap. The wicker should be at the front of the frame against your back rather than wrapping behind it. I have to modify the chair with padding to fill that gap if I can find some water proof options.

Easy to assemble. instructions were clear and easy to follow. Comfortable and good quality chairs

We absolutely love them. Ottomans really make it. Perfect size for us, we also enjoy the swivel rockers. Good craftsmanship. Colors are nice too.

Great quality ottomans. Easy to assemble. Heavy set, should last a long time. The cushions are good quality. Nice navy color.
