For the money, this is surprisingly sturdy. Not sure about how it would hold up in an uncovered situation outdoors, but it looks like it would do fine on a covered patio. The red is very bright and shiney.

I love it! It's versatile and stylish enough to use inside or outside. I have a small patio and really no place to store things to prevent it from being ruined by the elements. This is perfect because I can store it inside and just shift it to outside when I want to entertain on my patio. It's lightweight yet sturdy and durable. I'm very happy with this purchase!
