When we first received the sectional we loved it. However, 15 months later, it's falling apart. These cushions are kept in storage for 8 months of the year. They have basically only been in the sun and used for a total 7 months out of 15 months. The fabric is splitting at the seams, some areas the fabric is disintegrating, the fabric has faded tremendously (which shouldn't happen according to the description) and dealing with Allstate has been less then ideal (we purchased the protection plan). I love ordering from Wayfair, I haven't had a bad item until now. I will say, Wayfair's customer service regarding this has been top notch, but Allstate and the condition of the cushions is another story.

It’s great! Love the color, nice firm cushions. A couple of imperfections on the metal but for the price I won’t complain. Easy to put together. I would have given it a 5 however one on the corner chairs arrived with the wrong color cushions. Lots of back and forth with customer service and the manufacturer having to send photos. Waiting on the correct cushions to arrive.

This is a really great set - was easy to put together and great price! Wayfair pricing beat all other retailers we looked at. The only knock against this set is that each piece moves independently, so there is a lot of adjusting to keep the seats straight. But, the flexibility of being able to move them around is great. Overall, would buy this again. We have already received so many compliments!
