I recently purchased a patio furniture set from Wayfair. Unfortunately, one of the pieces arrived with visible damage (scratches and a bent frame). I contacted customer service with photos, and I'm waiting for a resolution. The design is beautiful and matches my space well, but I’m disappointed with the quality control. I hope Wayfair will resolve this quickly.

Nice set but many damaged pieces. Had to replace one full box. Took awhile to put together. That being said it is comfortable. I am concerned how long the rattan will last.

Quality is not great. Cushions are thin and cheap. I would spend the extra money for quality because once it is put together it is impossible to return.

It looks okay, but many pieces arrived damaged. I had to buy a lot of pillows to cover up the damage. The curtain is quite puffy, and the fabric looks very cheap. Although I paid full price, I did receive a partial discount for the damaged parts. If you have other options, I recommend buying something else instead.
