The item is nice but I gave a 1 star since the company Living Source has no customer service contact number wherin you can call and order the natural gas conversion kit. I emailed them and no response until now and cannot wait that long since my backyard construction is almost done. I need to return it and just buy another one that comes with the natural gas conversion kit.
