This worked fabulous on cement and sitting in spa/hot tub you would never know it. Made the hot tub very comfortable to sit in and went together easy. I just took down the hot tub and the foam bounced right back even though it was compressed with the hot tub full of water all spring and summer. Would highly recommend.
