Terrible! This is not a zero gravity chair, this is just a lawn chair that lifts your feet up slightly. I needed a zero gravity chair for my cancer treatment, and was sorely disappointed. I called both customer service numbers. No one answered in the mailboxes were full. I will try to get a refund from Wayfair, but you know how difficult that can be. I do not recommend this product. Buy something else from someone else.

Love this so much I bought 2. So comfortable. The padding is excellent and the lock mechanism that keeps it in position works better than any other zero gravity chair I’ve had.
