I can’t get the srews to go into the poles that stands it up. I have stripped two screws. Very disappointed. I paid too much money to be having suck a difficult time assembling it. The vendor offered me 20 back and keep the heater What will I do with a heater that I can’t even put together and not even half of my moneybe careful of this vendor

Verdict Excellent appearance. Functionality sold separately Assembly was easy and I’ll admit—it looks great sitting out there. Tall. Classy. Very “I have my life together” patio energy. I live in Mississippi, so we’re not talking about Arctic temperatures here. I got it just in time for a get together on a 55 degree night. I turned it on high and settled in next to it waiting for a little warmth to start oozing from the pretty glow. Nothing. So I moved closer. Still nothing. And the 30 bucks of propane it was burning through at a high rate of speed suddenly felt like the kind of debt that comes with dark and swift consequences. Finally I stood up and embraced that metal cage like Michael hugging Fredo in The Godfather… and realized we were both dealing with betrayal of “sleeping with the fishes” magnitude. If you want something that looks like a heater - this is perfect. If you desire to trade a tank of propane for a brief mood-setting ambiance, also great. If it’s heat you’re looking for, this ain’t the one.

I actually bought 2, I sent one to my son-in-law and we put it together. It was a little time consuming but we followed the instructions and it all went together just fine. The materials are very good quality and the unit is very pretty and impressive.
