Great quality. Came in 6 boxes. Took my handyman 8 hours to assembled. Anchored in concrete, works great.

Fantastic addition to the deck. Done by myself over one weekend. Pretty self-explanatory instructions that were complete. All hardware was complete and pieces were intact. upon delivery without damage in three boxes .

Love it! Was time consuming but directions were great. Definitely a sturdy one and the size choices a nice feature.

Well...while the product does seem to be of good quality, the instructions are poor and one of the boxes arrived somewhat damaged. After opening the box I found 16 roof panels damaged. It looks as though the box was dropped on the corner, and pretty hard. regarding the instructions...they are just pictures, no words per say other than bolt x, part y, etc... There is a lot to "figure out" on you own. Sometimes the harder way. For example, after putting the base frame together, it tells you to put on the corner caps, then the braces (2 per post). However, the holes in the braces would not line up. Not even close in some cases. So I have to take the corner caps back off and loosen all the bolts to the base frame so I could maneuver the post and braces to get the holes to line up. Then tighten up all the bolts again and put the comer caps back one. I was probably an extra 30-45 minutes of work. Oh...the hooks that hold the curtains up seem kind of cheap/flimsy as well. Only time will tell if they hold up. Anyway, so now I have had to stop putting it together and contact customer support, which I will do next. Hopefully, they are quick to replace those panels. Pretty much the entire box needs to be re-shipped to me. If this lets me, I will post updates to this post.
