One of the cushions for the ottoman did not fluff out and remains flat. I would like to have another cushion sent to me.

It’s beautiful! But, the glass top has a chip in it near the edge by the center where the flames are. I worry that the heat near the chip may cause it to crack and break after use. Waiting to hear back from the manufacturer - hopefully they can just send me a new top because it is already assembled! Edit- new glass sent but it is also chipped. Also, the wicker is fraying and I haven’t even used it yet!

So comfy. Great quality, we use deck so much moor now. Highly recommended
