The description said that this was an order of two chairs. I was charged the full price, delivered one, and not informed of any back order issues. I had to notice the problem myself and contact Wayfair support who attempted to push me towards store credit before giving in and completing my order. Why was there no communication on this? I am pretty sure that seeing as how most of your customer support and ordering is all without human interaction a trigger could have been hit to let me know the mistake had occurred or at least not charged me full price. This is pretty bad customer service but I bet good business if profit is the main goal.

Needed 4 chairs so ordered 2 sets. One set showed up, they refunded me for the missing set, then went to go buy the second set again, and they're out of stock. The first set is already assembled and packaging thrown away, so now in order to return them and get my money back I will have to unassemble both chairs and repackage them. I wish they would have just said they only had one set in stock because I wouldn't have gone through this hassle if I knew I couldn't get four chairs
