Extremely disappointed in how Wayfair has listed this product as a natural gas BBQ when in fact it requires propane. On top of that, I am being charged $140 to have it returned. Not at all happy with the costly misinformation Wayfair has provided for this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this grill a few years ago. During the ownership of it the following has been replaced. 3 cook box temperature probes. 1 fan for burn pot. The complete controller. Several of the temp probes. The grease/heat diffuser slide in component. I have become so good at replacing these thing, they should hire me as a service technician. Now I have one of two problems, either the cook box temperature probes probe is failing or the controller is. Not sure which one at this moment. They have discontinued the product so the question remains, how long will spare parts be available. If you find this unit new for sale, it is not worth purchasing.

loved it at first, but the removal of app support is disappointing. It was nice to be able to monitor a long term smoke if I had to go out and run errands, or ad plans to be away for a couple hours. The grill itself (both smoker and propane) still works fine after 2 years, but I feel like a paid extra for features that have now been removed. Most of the other big brand smokers have at least bluetooth working, but now it feels like I have to be within 3ft for even that to work still. might as well just look at the display at that point. It would be nice if they offered a replacement (even though not integrated to the controls itself) temp monitoring option.

They discontinued the application for the grill. Wish I would’ve purchased a different brand. Don’t even know if they still sell them. If they do don’t waste your money!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Learning the process of more smoke in my meat than burning wood is the difference between gas grill with wood burning on grill top. Never been a fan of pellets for my meat but I'm happy to play with my new toy. Git one you'll definitely love the easiest cleaning of greasy stuff and delicious desire for foodies to reflect on the experience from exquisitely endeavors from home cooking. Word salad for my delicious food I love to eat!
