Extremely disappointed in how Wayfair has listed this product as a natural gas BBQ when in fact it requires propane. On top of that, I am being charged $140 to have it returned. Not at all happy with the costly misinformation Wayfair has provided for this product.

loved it at first, but the removal of app support is disappointing. It was nice to be able to monitor a long term smoke if I had to go out and run errands, or ad plans to be away for a couple hours. The grill itself (both smoker and propane) still works fine after 2 years, but I feel like a paid extra for features that have now been removed. Most of the other big brand smokers have at least bluetooth working, but now it feels like I have to be within 3ft for even that to work still. might as well just look at the display at that point. It would be nice if they offered a replacement (even though not integrated to the controls itself) temp monitoring option.

They discontinued the application for the grill. Wish I would’ve purchased a different brand. Don’t even know if they still sell them. If they do don’t waste your money!

Never been a fan of pellets for my meat but I'm happy to play with my new toy. Git one you'll definitely love the easiest cleaning of greasy stuff and delicious desire for foodies to reflect on the experience from exquisitely endeavors from home cooking. Word salad for my delicious food I love to eat!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the grill after owning three different pellet grills and two different propane grills. I have to say, having it all in one has been the best experience ever. It's been over a year now, and I felt so compelled to write this review to let all of you know this thing is in a class by itself. Cleaning out the firebox is made so easy, and the entire bottom of the grill comes out to be hosed off and scrubbed. I don't want to name the other major brand where that is not possible. And when you make a pizza on this thing at 700 degrees, it's phenomenal. It cooks at high temperatures when you want to use the gas. No more two grills, no more wishing I had something different. I love this grill! Great concept.
