Was shipped in factory packaging. In this state the cooler handles are outside of the thin cardboard. Handles scuffed and frayed cooler body scuffed. Shipment be packed in a way that it arrives to the customer without cosmetic damage. Considering returning

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this cooler in June. Went on a fishing trip, kept the fish frozen during our 12 hour drive home. Only had a few cooler packs on top. No room for ice.
