Hello, I ordered this furniture July 2022 and it is falling apart and I first reported this in 2023. At that time I only had the furniture for LESS than a year. I have sent photos and you replaced 2 end pieces. The entire set is falling or has fallen apart. I was told that because I didn't purchase the insurance that it wouldn't be replaced. This furniture was purchased for my non-profit cancer foundation and we can't afford to replace it. We paid good money for this furniture and it is HORRIBLE, and not to mention that it started falling apart in the first year. To make this right, you need to replace it with something better or refund the foundations money. This is just wrong that it is falling apart and I paid over $1,200.00 for this furniture. No one can sit on this and it looks bad for the foundations image. We kept the furniture boxed for a couple of years because we were building a patio. When we started to assemble it, two incorrect panels were included that did not fit the side of the chair. Now, we have two chairs with missing sides, and we don't know what to do. The wicker was ripped in a couple of places. I am disappointed in the quality and the price we paid.

This looks great on our patio but back pillows are so lightweight they blow over constantly. However, the material is great at repelling liquids and easily cleans off dirt, etc. The wicker is great quality as well.

I actually DO LOVE this set up and the orange color wasn’t bad. It was a little bit of a pain to put the corner pieces together because the holes didn’t really match up but we made it work. As another review mentioned the cushions are slightly on the thinner side but the price that I paid for everything I really can’t complain. I didn’t give this a 5 star review ONLY because some holes didn’t line up making it a smidge difficult to build (although I was able to do it alone and didn’t need help from the hubby) the other reason was that it is on the shorter side. I wish it was maybe 3-4 inches taller but again for the price I paid I’m content.

It’s not elegant looking but the base is sturdy. But for the price it’s not bad at all. Some cushions are okay some you can feel the hard base on long seating. The zipper of one of my pillow broke once we sat and lean on it. Minor damage seen. But overall, it’s not bad for the price. The installation wasn’t bad because hole’s goes along very well with each other. The chairs are light. The height is okay too.
