It works great on our tomatoes and cucumbers ...... Until the Texas sun turned our garden into a birdhouse. Other than that, it really extended our growing season. We will definitely use it every year.

The shading exceeds expectations. This material will stretch over a short period of time, so be prepared to make the necessary adjustments for at least the first year. Depending on your growing zone, you will need to make sure you have the correct shade percentage. zones 6-7 seem to be working well with vegetables at 55% shade. If there are multiple nets, color coding based on shade percentage and/or size is recommended.
