We bought 4 chairs and the packaging lashing was so tight around the cushion and chair framing it left a permanent deformation in the cushion foam and fabric in several locations. They shipped me a another chair (5th) as replacement and same thing happened. Customer service was of no help and told me to file another claim. All we want are new cushions and they cant seem to do that. Very Very disappointed. Chair framing looks ok.

This is a chaise with a high quality look and feel. It takes a bit of time to assemble ,but it's worth it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love Martha Stewart products, so I was really excited to receive this chaise lounge. Right out of the box, it was relatively easy to put together in under twenty minutes with power tools and two people. Once it was all put together, we set it outside on our deck and we are so happy with it! The cushion is comfortable and has held up so far this summer with the crazy weather. We have had high heat warnings, some thunder and rain storms, and everything in between - the cushion and wicker still look good as new. I do wish that the chair came with a decor pillow, but that was an easy add-on for me to tie it in with my other deck furniture and add some color. Overall, we love this lounger and plan to buy another one to match once we finish our lower patio!

The grays blend with my current color scheme and offers additional seating for friends and family to enjoy. Putting it together was somewhat difficult since some of the threads were not in line with the holes. Still was able to connect and tighten all the pieces together.
