[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I actually have the previous model, the 560 series and it's lasted ok, some grease leaks from the bottom and over time the wiring isn't holding up where the fan stops. I think I'll need to replace the wiring soon as it seems to be failing and I've only had the grill for a few years with limited use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have two of these and absolutely love them. Mine both hold their temperature pretty tight. I’ve cooked cornbread, ribs, pork butts and brisket in these. If I have a few butts or a few racks of ribs I’ll use my 560s. They also have worked great as warmers on larger cooks. I set them at 150f and can hold items for hours. This is a great smoker for the money!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my Masterbuilt for several years now. I don’t plan on owning anything else. Works as well today as it did the day I bought it. Well made and the temperature stays true. Makes grilling and smoking a much better experience.
