Fits a lot of meat, controls work great!

The smoker was easy-to-use. The meat came out perfect. The only reason I didn't give it five stars was that the tray that held the wood chips is small and I had to keep feeding chips into the smoker every half hour. Other than that I highly recommend this smoker.

Don't let the 3-star rating stop you from buying this. But buy it somewhere else!! It is not a SS but a Masterbuilt MES 340G. Sam's Club has been selling them for a while ($299) and they can be found at Masterbuilt.com for $349 (as part of a combo). I don't mean to send Wayfair customers to competitors' sites but I paid $599 for a smoker that I could have had $200 cheaper had Wayfair correctly advertised what they were selling. It is a great smoker and does a great job. I wish I could give it 5 stars but because of the pricing, there is no way.
