Have used this a lot. Works great every time! Woodchip holder is small so you do have to refill often.

My old Masterbuilt smoker finally stopped working after many years of service. That one had a separate remote which was really a convenient way to control the smoker. So I searched for another Masterbuilt with a remote and found this one. The price was very reasonable and free shipping so I ordered it. I was not disappointed. It took about 5 minutes to assemble and it was ready to use. This smoker is much bigger than my last one and it works great. The remote is so easy to use and it stays in contact with the smoker at all times reporting the temperature inside the unit, the set temperature, the time remaining and the probe temperature. You can also turn on the light in the smoker and turn the unit on and off with the remote. The probe on my old smoker would just sit on one of the shelves if not in use. This smoker has a hanger for the probe inside out of the way when not in use. This one is much easier to clean then old one. And to clean the window, I just spray Dawn Ultra Platnium Powerwash dish spray on the glass, leave it sit for a minute or so, then wipe it off. All the smoke comes right off with ease. No scrubbing hard. All in all I'm very happy with the smoker and the price and the fast delivery. I will buy from Wayfair again.
