Awesome product. Only problem is the temp probe isn't working

Have had two of these neither has lasted more than 2 years the last one used twice less than a year old.Electronic failures parts cost half what smoker poor quality.

I bought this a year ago and used it three times. I was going to smoke some salmon, plugged it in and no power, it doesn't turn on. It is the 3rd smoker that I've owed, and this is absolutely the worst smoker I've ever owed. Do not buy this smoker. It doesn't heat properly, the smoke stops smoking because the heating element shuts down when it reaches temperature, but then it's not hot enough to heat the wood chips for constant smoke. DON'T BUT THIS SMOKER!

I purchased the smoker two months ago. It was extremely difficult to connect the smoker to wifi and Bluetooth. Once connected the app worked great until I opened the door. Could never get it reconnected until I unplugged it and waited several minutes. After plugging back in it connected but by then my temp had dropped. I complained to service department and they sent out a new controller that did the same thing. If the smoker stays connected it’s a pleasure to use and works great.

Awful smoker. You can’t cook ribs in this thing without drying them out because nothing will ignite produce smoke if you want to do “low and slow” the way ribs are supposed to be. It’s just an outdoor oven. Fine if that’s all you want it for, but not for people who want real bbq. The WiFi connectivity is also poor.

I have had the 710 electric smoker for a few weeks now. It replaced my 13 year old original electric smoker from Masterbuilt. Same great quality but the added benefit of wifi, phone app and taller. I used mine over the weekend as a warmer for 4 smoked pork butts. Just so many uses for this little smoker.

I can honestly say I’m so glad I did and I have learned so much using it. The build quality is exceptional, never had a single issue with this unit. Upgraded to the cold smoke attachment as well and what a pair!! Such an amazing tool to have in my arsenal, I liked it so much I got my buddy to buy one and he’s also loving it!!
