[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a few years ago to be able to make cooking fish a bit easier. It work perfect for what I am cooking and having spent time working in a restaurant kitchen, I attest reminds me very much of professional griddle. It was not hard to insert into my 1050 and very much quality.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This thing is well built. It’s made of cast iron. I seasoned it real well then cooked 3 lbs of bacon on it. That helped season it even more. The bacon turned out great.
