Mail post is as described. Not to hard to put together. I expect it to last many years to come. I put long trailing artificial flowers in the opening in the back, and have had many compliments as to how nice it looks.

Easy to assembly and install on wood post, looks great too! Keep up on cleaning it so it won't stain from grass
