I purchased this pot as a gift for a friend. I bought it early and by the time she opened it and realized there was a dent on the bottom, it was past the 30-day return for Wayfair. While the pot itself is nice, I’m not happy with this customer service.

The plant did not have enough soil,the roots were out and part of the roots were exposed Wayfair customer services said that vendor will contact me, that happened a week ago and I"m still waiting
