Just what I needed holds back my ferns from the sidewalk. Love it would purchase again!

I loved this. However I paid for 2 and only got one. I contacted customer service. Both by phone and messaging. In the end it was back ordered. I just wish there was better communication with wayfair or the vendor. CS said they would send the second one and the company cancelled it. How do I either get my $ back from the one I didn’t receive or have them ship me the one missing. I hate paying for 2 and only received 1.
