The first trellis arrived broken. When I asked for a replacement I was told I could either receive a credit or if I wanted a replacement I would have to ship the damaged product back. I said this wasn’t acceptable and Wayfair was making this my problem. After putting me on hold I was told that a new trellis would be shipped.

These trellis panels are well made and very nice looking. I have an ugly corner on my back porch and now I have a lovely screen with mandevilla growing on it!
