The cover is torn in at least three spots after less than a year - and not due to ecessive use. Will you please replace it?

I like the heavy duty steel used in the fire pit's construction, however it arrived poorly packaged with a large hole in the side of the box, which allowed the fire poker to hang out upon delivery. It also arrived with a broken weld, rendering one of the outer ring supports completely loose in the box. I was able to re-weld it, but I shouldn't have had to. I had good luck with a similar previous purchase and it appears to be fixed, but I would have to think twice about trusting the quality of this brand in the future.

I like how well made the fire pit is The animals around the pit is wonderful to see. When the fire is burning the light and warmth is great

The Fire PIt arrived actually about a week ahead of scheduled arrival. Everything was in good shape and it looked just like the pictures. I would have given it a 5 rating, but it was to include a cover. The cover was not included, but supposedly will be sent after I had to do an email. I did the email, but haven't received any feedback or the cover as of yet! Overall, I am very pleased with the Fire Pit, but have not had a chance to use it yet.

OMG .... I thought this would be a great addition to our backyard just from seeing the pictures but it is truly a piece of art! We couldn’t believe all of the accessories including a cover!
