The customer service from Wayfair on my latest purchase has been AWFUL! I ordered 2 sets of chaise lounge specifically for a party and instead of delivering 4 lingers only 1 arrived. They they told me they are sold out in the grey color I ordered. We assembled the one we received assuming we would be receiving the remaining 3 items. I spoke to 2 reps and was told although they have more frames they could not send one more to me complete a set of two because this would mess them up even thought they still had these loungers with turquoise cushions. I was also sent 2 grey cushions but only one frame. I was on the phone for over 30 minutes hoping they would fix their mistake but NOPE! Now I have to wait to get refunded and I have to sign in to have a service come and pick up the singe chaise before they can fully refund me for their MISTAKE. As you can tell, I am not pleased with this horrible customer service.!

As advertised, very comfortable and colorful

These are great chaise. Just as pictured and described. Well made and cushions very comfortable. One of the frames was slightly bent which meant it wobbled slightly as all feet did not touch the ground. Also the frame had a few scratches on it which will not be seen once cushion is on. Wayfair quickly refunded a portion of the cost which is great. We will get something to put under the foot to stop the wobble. Great customer services as always.
