Great delivery experience. Loungers are beautiful in person and seem sturdy.

These chairs are perfectly okay, but nothing special. The fabric doesn't feel very strong and the color is a bland monotone tan. The frames are shiny which I did not expect. I thought they'd be a matte finish. So, given the price point, I'd rate them as average at best. Whatever happened to chaises with arms you can fold down? Our old chaises are so much nicer but after 20 years, the fabric has failed.

I’m not usually one to post reviews although I have to give it to Wayfair, I’ve only ever bought 2 items from Wayfair as I’ve always been a bit nervous and the items were large expensive purchases, I have to say both have been the better items I’ve bought even comparing to normal stores as the quality is excellent, I would recommend these chairs and I would also recommend buying through Wayfair because I’ve had a great experience from order to receipt, was smooth and I’ve had 1 issue which was resolved by the customer service team immediately but ultimately the whole thing was great experience
