I ordered the open box item and, similar to other reviews here, I only received 1 chair of the set. The quality of the product was really good and customer service did eventually give a full refund (after offering a partial refund first), but it's frustrating to not receive the order as expected.

Very nice sofa. With multiple options for configuration. However the cushions slip off especially with the “ottomans” so looking for a solution to secure them better. Wish the had a tie or something

I ordered an 8 piece sectional and received only 1 piece. Apparently this was an issue because I ordered an open box. Wayfair said they can’t send me the other 7 pieces or a replacement. They can only refund my order. Very disappointed. Don’t sell an open box option if you can’t fulfill the order!
