Title: Beautiful Set, but Cushion Failed After Almost No Use and Warranty Support Has Been Terrible I originally gave this set a very positive review because the ordering and delivery experience was excellent and the furniture looked beautiful when it arrived. Unfortunately, after owning it for only about 4½ months, my opinion has completely changed. One of the navy bottom seat cushion covers has already torn and begun coming apart in the middle of the seating surface. This particular cushion has been sat on approximately four times. For outdoor furniture at this price point, I do not consider that remotely acceptable durability. The bigger disappointment has been trying to get the problem resolved. I first contacted Wayfair and was told that because the 30-day return window had passed, I needed to contact Modway. I then contacted Modway and was asked to provide my Wayfair invoice and proof of purchase, which I did. I continued trying to resolve the issue through Wayfair because this is not a return request — it is a product/warranty issue. Wayfair then sent me an email stating that the set was delivered April 17, 2026 and that the “1-year product warranty period” had already expired. That response makes no sense. The furniture was delivered April 17, 2026, and it is currently September 2026. The set has been owned for less than five months, not more than one year. Wayfair also referenced the product having “No Commercial Warranty,” even though this was purchased for normal residential use at my home, not commercial use. I am not asking Wayfair to replace a $3,000+ furniture set. I have repeatedly asked for something very reasonable: a replacement navy bottom cushion cover, a replacement cushion if the cover cannot be supplied separately, or a reasonable partial refund so I can purchase a replacement cover. Instead, I have spent considerable time being passed between Wayfair and Modway over a cushion that failed after only a handful of uses. The teak furniture itself is attractive and initially appeared well made, but based on the extremely premature cushion failure and the warranty/customer-service experience afterward, I cannot recommend purchasing this set through Wayfair. If you buy it, be aware that getting replacement cushion covers appears to be very difficult, and my experience attempting to obtain warranty assistance has been extremely disappointing.

Great furniture. Solid, looks great, comfy cushions. The delivery was prompt, the service was quick and down well. Would highly recommend!

Terrible service and they didn’t assemble it says they will. Ended up fighting for a full refund and now I have to schedule for them to come back and pick up the broken furniture that was delivered in 23 different boxes. Pictures of the broken furniture attached. Do not recommend this headache for anyone else.

Very pleased with this teak set. All components are very sturdy and appear well-constructed. I had no issue assembling this myself. The cushions are firm yet comfortable, and easily cleaned after our toddlers grab them with messy hands. Despite being well-packaged, we had an issue with a damaged armchair. Birch Lane support was quick to assist and resolve the issue.

Love the set. However one set of cushions was inconsistent with the others.
