It’s definitely a good quality stainless steel I have not used it yet but it’s a great addition to bbq grill I will be using it soon.

Very nicely made out of decent thickness stainless steel (although it is low grade magnetic stainless) with a properly hinged top cover. Fits my new grill perfectly. I plan on using it over the Labor Day weekend to add some smoke to the ribs and chicken that I will be cooking.
