Item arrived heavily damaged. Both cart legs bent and smashed, they were replaced. The plastic end caps/tool holders both broken, still wating for replacements after almost 1 month. The funny thing is the large box the bbq was delivered in, did not look damaged. This led me to believe that this is a quality control issue at Napolean.

The Napolean Rogue 525 with infrared side burner was relatively easy to assemble and mostly intuitive. The drawings in the directions could be clearer and perhaps include some text, but again, the assembly was intuitive. The grill works beautifully and the side infrared burner is a real benefit for searing. So far everything we grilled, whether directly or indirectly, has come out well.

This is a fantastic grill. I am glad I upgraded to the PRO series. It was easy to put together, I occasionally needed some muscle help (2nd set of hands). It’s a big grill surface with ‘sweet’ swirly grill marks. It maintains temperature evenly. Super satisfied. I’m hoping it will hold up to the salt water air here.

So far so good. Used only twice so far but loved the infrared searing feature.
