Measurements state size of windows it will cover. Measurements are wrong, too small for window size it says it covers.

So so cute with the scalloped edge. It is very easy to expand or retract based on your needs and provides good shade when its open .

The product was well made and was easy to assemble and install. I'm 83 years old and had no problems. we love it and it keeps the room a lot cooler.

Good quality awning with heavy duty hardware included. Spring loaded arm brackets are a little tricky to install. I Had to turn my brain upside down to not install in reverse.
