My package didn’t come with a remote. I ordered this powered retractable patio awnings with remote. And it came with crank and not a remote

Looks good but the instructions were a joke! It gets even worse. The first light sprinkle it almost came down and after a light rain it became a sieve. The angle is set for rain to shed off but it just soaks in floods everything underneath it. Don’t waste your money
