Good morning, I purchased my kitchen from New Age in 2023 and after unpacking everything from the boxes, there was a large scratch on the stainless steel top. I contacted them and within a week, I received a new top. That was fantastic. At this point I have cooked every meat, fish, vegatble bean, and bone marrow on my grill. I use it once to three times every week. I grill all year round, in the rain, snow and hundred degree weather. The grill has been nothing but the best tool a chef can use. Just to add, I normally cook between eight to ten pounds of steak every other week. So yesterday my sink started to spray up through the handle. It has worked properly since 2023, and now has failed. I emailed a video with an explanation yesterday. I hope to be as happy with New Age’s service, as I am with their product. Please enjoy the pictures…. The overall unit is good however, the design of the faucet is not a pleasant experience. The location is very bad and blocks the sink space. The depth also needs to be more.
