Good morning, I purchased my kitchen from New Age in 2023 and after unpacking everything from the boxes, there was a large scratch on the stainless steel top. I contacted them and within a week, I received a new top. That was fantastic. At this point I have cooked every meat, fish, vegatble bean, and bone marrow on my grill. I use it once to three times every week. I grill all year round, in the rain, snow and hundred degree weather. The grill has been nothing but the best tool a chef can use. Just to add, I normally cook between eight to ten pounds of steak every other week. So yesterday my sink started to spray up through the handle. It has worked properly since 2023, and now has failed. I emailed a video with an explanation yesterday. I hope to be as happy with New Age’s service, as I am with their product. Please enjoy the pictures…. Love the cabinet, looks great on our patio. Really it's too nice to be out in the elements. Unfortunately, the kick plate was dented, I'm sure it was from a forklift along the way. We tried to straighten it the best we could I took pictures of the damaged box and cabinet. I didn't catch it while the delivery driver was here. The cardboard just looked like it had a little tear in it. The dent/crease doesn't really show and no way would I try to send it back.

Bought a few weeks ago and just go to setting up. Very high quality , easy to follow instructions for set up. Bought in combo with cabinet to form a 2 unit outside service area and storage units. So far very impressed with the quality of the units including the shelves and drawers. Will send picks when the granate top coming out off wife's kitchen remodel is installed - Meanwhile Im using a plywood top.

We ordered several drawer units for our outdoor kitchen and have been thrilled with the quality, style and finishes. The drawers are selfclosure that work beautifully. They have all arrived packed extremely well, undamaged. We are attaching all 3 units together as our outdoor raised bar kitchen . Suggestion to offer one solid backing to use as a finished back island assembly

Great cabinets, great price and quick delivery. My only disappointment is when it rains the water collects in the drawers and there aren’t drainage holes. Makes storage more challenging and constant cleaning a requirement.
