Grill came with half of parts. Wasted my whole day. I will never buy anything again.

Grill looks nice and works fine. Shipping was the big problem with this product. Manufacturer does not package well so several parts of the grill were dented and scratched. Manufacturer did replace the damaged grill but the replacement was damaged more than the original. They need to fix the packaging inside to keep everything from moving around.

Went through 3 grills just to get one good grill shipped to us! Always arrived damaged. Box’s completely destroyed missing parts and damaged parts .

Fantastic grill! We’ve it for about six months and have grilled steaks, chicken, shrimp and fish on it. It heats evenly- and is powerful. We’ve also used the rotisserie to cook chickens. chickens.

Grill came with internal packaging very damaged. Styrofoam that was meant to be protective was all broken up. Random screws were floating around everywhere, the package that was supposed to hold the hardware was completely empty leading to a scavenger hunt for all the pieces necessary to put the grill together. Likely some hardware fell out of the holes that were in the box it was packaged in. In the end hardware needed was missing. Completely unacceptable, especially for such an expensive purchase. UPDATE 2 months later a couple of months into having this grill (with very minimal usage) one of the burners wasn't working right and we realized that when we tried to turn it on flames would start coming toward the front of the grill. At this price point I have to question the quality of Wayfair's merchandise in general since they take no responsibility for a dangerous item they sold on their site.
