I have requested a return due to missing parts. Because of that it ruined the occasion I bought it for. That upset the family due to planning this for a while. Also no written directions on how to put together, only pictures. If your an older woman like me, I am not always familiar with pictures and how to put certain parts together. I have not heard back from Wayfair yet. When I do I will update.

If you are doing a small turkey, like under 10 lbs, the fill line can be troubling. It will not cover the turkey. I filled about an inch above the fill line with peanut oil and it worked fine and no bubbling over.. The most annoying thing about the cooker is the timer. If you don't pay attention to it, it will shut down the fryer every 15 mins. I used another clock set at 13 mins to remind me to turn the timer all the way on again!

Used it twice this Thanksgiving and plan to use it again around Christmas. The base is really sturdy and it's easy to use and set up. The whole kit is great. I only wish I could remove or not have to use the timer. Only reason minus one star. Could be user error I havnted looked into it. Other than that it's great
