I ordered this swing MARCH 11TH. I got several messages with delivery date but after waiting a month I called customer service. They canceled the order and reordered from a different supplier and I received it within a week! VERY happy with this purchase.

Seems very sturdy, the wicker looks more plastic like than wicker, but it is will last longer. It will be enjoyed. Quick Delivery! Nothing to put together!

Product arrived with loose wicker straps on front edge. I had to glue them down, and touched up the color of the underlying black frame to disguise the missing strands. The chain that was included looked like it was used to dock a ship (very Shiney and BIG links, and was NOT as pictured. I had to buy the appropriate size chain at the hardware store ($35).

This swing is junk. The chains are covered in a heavy plastic that at first appears to be a nice addition. However, it is to hide the cheap chain that is spray painted silver to look high quality. First time we sat on it the chain parted and we are well under the maximum weight for the swing. The swing also came with a cheap piece of plastic under it to keep you from falling through the wicker. What a disappointment that Wayfair would sell this poor quality furniture.

Exactly what I was looking for. Love it.
