At first I was uncertain if I should get this but am so glad I did. It uses pellets instead of propane which I was happy about because although buying pellets isn’t high on my list, we also have a smoker we could use said pellets for when this heater isn’t being used. I was very surprise how much heat it gives. Living in Michigan, time will tell though how much heat it really gives as the temperature gets lower. It was fairly easy to assemble and we look forward to extending our time outside this fall and possibly early winter.

This wood pellet patio heater is great. It was very easy to assemble. At 70,000 BTU’s, it will be perfect for warming the patio up on a chilly night. The pellet hopper is easily accessible and there is a clear window to monitor the flame. It is tall and. Arrow so it does t take up a lot of floor space. I especiall Like the wheels which make it so co genie t to move around.

Happy to have this Pellet heater assembled and working but a bit disappointed in the quality. Found that it has one rivet that holds the side glass in missing, revealing a hole in the side panel where the flames are. Also one corner was bent inward, causing the screws to not line up properly and needed pliers to straighten it out, causing the metal coating to chip off very easily. The whole unit gets scratched almost effortlessly and I foresee rust forming on it in the future. Finally got some pellets loaded, it needs quite a bit of time with a blow torch to get things going. And needs new pellets about every 20 minutes to keep a decent flame lit. Enjoyable for the deck, yes… worth it for the price, hassle and usability Probably not.

Heater arrived in one well packaged box. Instructions were relatively easy to follow and hardware was good quality. It comes with a black cover which is nice. The hopper holds a good amoibf ot pellets.

Wow, this throws off a lot of heat. I actually had to back my chair away from the heater once it got going. This pellet patio heater has three windows so everyone can watch the flames. A heat resistant cover is also included for when it isn’t in use. It will really extend the use of our deck.
