Brilliant idea. Protects the potted flowers as advertised! (My pansies like the cold weather, but not the Snow!) The mesh lets the sunshine rainwater through but keeps the frost out. I only wish it came in a smaller diameter for my other square pots!

Living in Mojave Desert requires special attention for gardening successfully. I use these shade cloth covers to shade new trees, surrounded by a Cylinder of chicken wire, trees can be over three feet tall, topped by these green covers, no impediment for watering. I wish they were less expensive because I need many more. We're using a method of establishing trees for shade & to protect the next row from wind. We used these covers for three seasons, sun doesn't weaken or bleach them out. Sturdy & sun resistant, my apple Trees, Jacarandas & African Moringa Trees are enjoying the covers while shelter from full grown Ash Trees, Juniper Berry Trees, and Pine Trees. The row by row system takes many seasons out here but we are having less loss
